Upon reaching the Twin Spire Ruins carrying the flag, you can then use the banner in the ruins to capture the Twin Spire Ruins - this banner has a use time of 10 seconds, the same as in Arathi Basin or Alterac Valley. Comment by Khamora Fishing here as well as anywhere in outland is going to require a lure of some sort baubles, aquadynamic fish attractors, etc along with a skill of at least None of my fish got away.
Comment by Bsmx93 The zone looks a bit like the US. Comment by Vinkinglord i got really really really bored one night, i wound not suggest doing this. Comment by OMG you must have being bored. Mostly because there aren't any trees, but there's mushrooms everywhere. I'm half expecting a damn Cliff Racer to just swoop down and start pecking me to death Comment by there are all these little blue wispy things that float around on the ground does anyone know what these are for?
Comment by It's a good place to level up Comment by qman90 With the xp requirement cut, u can go from 64 in Hellfire alone. Comment by is there a flight master in the cenarion refuge? Comment by lordryan1 looks like someone in rehab after taking strange mushrooms.
Comment by I finished all the quests in Hellfire Peninsula before moving on to Zangarmarsh on my rogue. By the time I picked up all the quests, some were a bit low level, but I was able to get a few levels higher.
On my druid, however, I flight formed and discovered all of Outlands. Surprisingly, I got enough exp. It was fun watching my guildies talk about some level 60 getting all the flight paths in Netherstorm. Anyways, back on topic, I was able to fly between Hellfire Peninsula and Zangarmarsh easily as I had gotten the flight path.
I did the quests in both ares, just switching off, and leveled extremely quickly. Though I wouldn't suggest this because it costs TONS of money to be constantly taking the bat from here to there over and over again, it was a pretty efficient way. Comment by It isnt serious, but funny: theres a hoookah and a skeleton at the top of a giant mushroom, near the road from Zabrajin to Nagrand, at the nature elementals.
Comment by Allakhazam How do you get into the instance at Coilfang Reservoir? Do you have to swim? Comment by Thottbot rogue trainer sais this zone has an area called "Feralfen" where u can level your picklocking skill.
Comment by Thottbot 67,51 is the Hippogryphon Master Alliance side 70,49 is the Elevator lift you need to take to get up there. Comment by Thottbot FYI for everyone here. Me and a buddy were swimming around in serpent lake yesterday here in Zangramarsh and we found a new instance. Coilfang Reserve in the serpent lake is an instance.
Appears to be several different wings. The 2 wings we went into had grouped elite mobs. Also to get to the instance, you have to swim way down an underwater tunnel, do not worry though, after about half of your "Breath" bar is out, you get to breathe underwater. This instance is most similar to Muaradon Graphix wise Hope this helps. Comment by Thottbot The two flight points for Alliance Sorry hordies are in Telredor, which on the map we got here is the only spot that is not uncovered NW of Cenarion Refuge and then there is also one at Orebor harborage which is in the NW part of the map as you can see.
Comment by Thottbot There are two flight paths in Zangarmarsh for the Horde. One is just slightly north of cenarion refuge, all the way to the east. It is called Swamprat post. Comment by eli Anyone can tell me what quests from Hellfire sent you here? Comment by The music which played in Zangarmarsh, originally was a part of Ahn'Qiraj theme. Comment by Ever since my first entrance into this zone Zangarmarsh simply looks like something out a shroom junky's wet dream Comment by Anyone knows what the Demon Gate at the Portal Clearing in the western part of Zangarmarsh is good for?
Comment by Edoralf No doubt my favorite Outland zone other than Nagrand. Cenarion Refuge is a Neutral camp and stopping point for both Alliance and Horde characters, and is found mid-point between the Neutral city of Shattrath in Terokkar to the south and the Horde camp Swamprat Post slightly to the northeast , and the Alliance tree city of Telredor to the north and west.
Exit Shatt from the northernmost main gate. There are numerous creatures and spiders northwest outside of this gate, get them to aggro you and run back to the gate guards so they can kill them. This is your first group of easier aggro that may slow you down. While mounted you should be able to outrun most of the mobs maybe with the exception of the spiders who may throw cobwebs on you , as long as you do not go off of the path and into the water spots. Forget them and ride! Follow the path north until it branches to the right, and follow the right-hand path into Cenarion Refuge.
Once there, if you need to set your hearthstone to this innkeeper do so, otherwise enjoy browsing! If you do NOT have a mount, you will happily need to do the corpse walk from the first gate and the 'happy run' north, following the same mounted directions above. If you don't know what this is, you run as far as you can while being attacked until you die, ghost run to your corpse, get as far away along the north path from your corpse as possible, resurrect and runrunrun until you die again.
Rinse, repeat until there You will have to exit the western pass from Hellfire, which is covered with multiple spider-like quick-to-aggro mobs.
If you are in a party, it is suggested that you watch out for a member that gets snared and beat upon while you attempt to outrun them through the pass. If solo and you have a mount, ride And hope that you don't get snared in the process otherwise you will be corpse hopping.
Once you get over the pass, if you are Horde you can run directly into Swamprat Post and let the guards finish off the spider mobs. There is a flight master there, along with numerous goods before heading south. Cenarion Refuge is nearly directly south-southwest of Swamprat Post. Once again, if you do NOT have a mount, do the 'happy run' corpse walking through the Hellfire pass, down the Zangarmarsh side, south along the mountain wall, and eventually into Cenarion Refuge itself.
Good luck! Comment by Blackbark I'm incredibly surprised that no one notice this but, its just me or someone else feels that this zone is somehow inspired in the "mushroom cave" described in the book "Journey to the center of the earth" by Jules Verne?
